Story
I wanted something that I couldn't find...
an authentic slice of cheesecake. I found a recipe, gathered all the ingredients, bought a spring form pan, and baked one vanilla cheesecake. That was the start of Rese Michel, a commitment to the mastery of baking cheesecakes, with natural ingredients, skills, and patience.

Currently our cakes are featured at Pennyroyal Station, a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood restaurant located in Mt. Rainier, Maryland.
